July Stamp Of the Month Blog Hop

Hello Summer!

Summer is here and life really is wonderful!  Welcome to this stop on the CTMH July SOTM Blog Hop - Life is Wonderful!  I LOVE this stamp set and am excited to show you just one of the many ways you can use it in your stamping and scrapping!

This month's Stamp of the Month  is a set of 8 stamps and it is wonderfully versatile - I used mine for a scrapbook page, but it can be used on cards as well!

Here is my layout of my oldest daughter, Hannah, in some graduation pictures from last June (yes I am STILL scrapping those - there were a lot!)

I used the Blossom Paper Pack (X7196B), Complements (X7196C) and Assortment (Z3072) and the Oceanside (Z3041) and Coral Reef Sequins (Z3042), along with the Stamp of the Month (S1507), to create this layout.  All supplies are by Close to My Heart and can be purchased here!

Crushing on MY CRUSH! Back to the Blog Hop!!

Welcome to the My Crush Blog Hop!  With this wonderful promotion this month, this hop is a great way to see all the ways you can use My Crush products in your scrapbooking and cardmaking!

I wanted showcase how you can use the individual pages and elements and accessories to put together a little mini album!  I love the versatility of My Crush books!  I took mine apart and have been using it to make Picture My Life (PML) cards for an album of my recent trip to NYC!

I used our mini album as a base and incorporated PML cards I made our of My Crush products.

I love how versatile this stamp set is!  I created two different style cards just by using different colour combos, papers and embellishments:

Uses paper from the Yuletide (yes, Christmas!) paper pack, paired with Black and Lagoon.

Here I used Cranberry and Whisper cardstock, paired with leftovers from the Heartstrings paper pack and hearts cut from the Cricut Artiste cartridge.

March SOTM Blog Hop!!

This month I wanted to do a very simple card using this lovely set - the design is doodly and sweet - perfect for a "just because" type of card for someone special.  I used the Hopscotch paper pack and the Paper fundamentals in Sorbet for this card, along with a little bling and some added touches with my Shin Han Markers!

It was quick and easy to put together, but a very versatile set for may occasions!  Or try it on a scrapbook page!

January SOTM Blog Hop

For my creation this month, I used the stamp set to create a Valentine card using the Heartstrings paper pack (in the Seasonal Expressions Idea Book) and this awesome stamp set!  I love the XOXO stamp - I used it to create a background paper with Whisper ink that I then overstamped with Cranberry ink!

I added a little bit of bling by using Black Shimmer Trim and one of our newest embellishments, Stuck on you Puffies.  This card is simple, quick and easy - yet 

perfect for sharing the love with someone special!
